Our cozy villa is located in India in the northern state of Goa, just a five-minute walk from the spacious Mandrem Beach. This place is a peaceful oasis compared to the other famous beaches of Goa. Yoga, meditation and Ayurveda are the usual routine.

Close by: stores, ATM, currency exchange, vegetable shop, ayurvedic clinic and yoga centers

 

The house is very clean & cozy. Each apartment and rooftop terrace have a separate entrances.

Ground floor apartment: two bedrooms, living room, big kitchen, one toilet, one bathroom, fans. In each bedroom are two beds. Living room: sofa, two armchairs, dining table with chairs. In the kitchen is a refrigerator, a gas cooker, all necessary kitchen set.

First floor apartment: three bedrooms,  living room,  big kitchen, two toilets, two bathrooms, fans. In each bedroom is a AC. In one of bedrooms is one queen size bed, in each of the two other rooms are two single beds. Two rooms have a private balcony.

 

Living room: big table and chairs. The kitchen has a balcony, a refrigerator, a gas cooker, all necessary kitchen set and tableware.

On top of the house is a very spaciuos terrace with a waterproof roof. We provide a yoga mats, mattresses for a relaxation, a little table for tea ceremonies
